1. Cook noodles per packet instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water and set aside.
2. Trim the green beans. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger. Finely slice the chilli and spring onion.
3. Dice the chicken breast into small pieces. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the chicken 5–6 mins until golden and cooked through.
4. Add green beans, garlic and ginger. Stir-fry 3 mins.
5. Mix together soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and sesame oil. Pour over the pan, add noodles and toss everything together for 2 mins.
6. Serve topped with sliced chilli, spring onion and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Add a squeeze of lime.
